1. Delivery Area
We deliver to all major towns and cities across South Africa, including remote and rural areas (surcharges may apply for outlying areas). We do not currently ship internationally.

2. Our Courier Partners
We work with trusted, tracked courier services to get your order to you safely.
You can choose your preferred courier and delivery speed at checkout.
3. Estimated Delivery Times
Delivery times are estimates and begin from when your order is dispatched (typically within 1โ2 business days of confirmed payment).
Order Confirmed
Payment received โ you'll get an invoice via email.
Packed & Dispatched
Orders are typically packed and handed to the courier within 1โ2 business days.
In Transit
Major metros (JHB, PTA, CPT, DBN): 1โ3 business days
Other areas: 3โ5 business days
Remote/outlying areas: 5โ7 business days
Delivered
A tracking number will be shared with you once dispatched so you can follow your order.
4. Delivery Rates
Delivery costs are calculated live at checkout based on your delivery address and the size/weight of your order. There is no hidden markup โ you pay exactly what the courier charges us.
Rates vary depending on:
- Number of bottles ordered
- Your delivery address (province and area)
- Your chosen courier and delivery speed
5. Packaging
All orders are carefully packaged to protect your bottles during transit. Our syrups are packed with protective cushioning to minimise the risk of breakage. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us immediately โ see our Refund Policy.
6. Tracking Your Order
Once your order is dispatched, we will send you a tracking number via WhatsApp or email so you can monitor your delivery in real time on the courier's website.
If you haven't received a tracking number within 2 business days of placing your order, please contact us.
7. Failed Deliveries
If a delivery attempt fails because no one is available to receive the parcel, the courier will typically attempt re-delivery or hold the parcel at a collection point. Additional re-delivery fees may apply.
Please ensure someone is available at the delivery address, or provide a business address if more convenient.
8. Delays
While we do our best to meet estimated delivery times, delays can occasionally occur due to:
- Public holidays
- High-volume courier periods (e.g. Black Friday, festive season)
- Weather events or natural disasters
- Courier operational disruptions
We are not liable for delays caused by courier partners or circumstances beyond our control, but we will always assist you in following up with the courier.
9. Order Amendments & Cancellations
If you need to change your delivery address or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible via WhatsApp or email. Once an order has been dispatched, we are unable to change the delivery address or cancel the shipment.
