2. How to Request a Refund or Replacement

If you qualify for a refund or replacement, please follow these steps:

Send Photos

Please send clear photos of the damaged or incorrect item(s), including the packaging. This helps us assess the issue and claim from the courier where applicable.

We Review Your Claim

We'll review your claim and respond within 1 business day. We may ask a few follow-up questions to understand the issue.

Refund or Replacement Arranged

Once approved, we'll either dispatch a replacement at no charge or process a refund to your original payment method within 3–5 business days.

3. Refund Timeline

Approved refunds are processed back to your original payment method:
