1. Our Policy at a Glance
Because our syrups are a consumable food product, we cannot accept returns of opened or used products. However, we take full responsibility if an order goes wrong on our side.
2. How to Request a Refund or Replacement
If you qualify for a refund or replacement, please follow these steps:
Contact Us Within 48 Hours
Reach out via WhatsApp (+27 69 427 4833) or email (aplusmarket1010@gmail.com) within 48 hours of receiving your order.
Send Photos
Please send clear photos of the damaged or incorrect item(s), including the packaging. This helps us assess the issue and claim from the courier where applicable.
We Review Your Claim
We'll review your claim and respond within 1 business day. We may ask a few follow-up questions to understand the issue.
Refund or Replacement Arranged
Once approved, we'll either dispatch a replacement at no charge or process a refund to your original payment method within 3β5 business days.
3. Refund Timeline
Approved refunds are processed back to your original payment method:
- Credit/debit card: 3β5 business days after approval (depending on your bank)
- EFT / instant EFT: 1β3 business days after approval

4. Order Cancellations
You may cancel an order for a full refund provided the order has not yet been dispatched. To cancel:
- Contact us immediately via WhatsApp or email
- Include your order number
Once your order has been packed and handed to a courier, we are unable to cancel the shipment. In that case, you may refuse delivery and contact us once it is returned to us β a refund (less delivery costs) will then be processed.
5. Consumer Protection Act
Nothing in this policy limits your rights under the Consumer Protection Act 68 of 2008 (CPA). Under the CPA, you have the right to receive goods that:
- Are of good quality, in good working order, and free from defects
- Are usable and durable for a reasonable period
- Comply with the description provided
If our products do not meet these standards, please contact us and we will resolve the issue in line with the CPA.
